Japanese company sells ice beer mugs

Japanese company sells ice beer mugs

I can tell this will sell good in the US, too.

ice mug

A news report introduces a company in Tokyo that is making and selling ice beer mugs:

The mugs are carved from blocks of ice and mailed to people who order them over the internet. They cost 580 yen each. Apparently one mug can last about an hour in the summer heat before melting.

Also included in the clip: An ice bar in Ginza. Read more about it here.

world's most crowded train

This is from a variety show in Japan, where a reporter Imoto was sent to India so she could experience the "world's most crowded train":

They wanted to see if she could read a newspaper on the train, but it proved extremely difficult.

Note: Yes, she painted those stupid eyebrows on. They are part of her character.
